On behalf of the Good Beginnings Program and Good Beginnings Doula Team we are so sorry to hear about Brittany. I was with her during the birth of her son and I will cherish the memory. We will keep the family in our prayers and thoughts.

I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Brittany and her parents while Brittany attended White Middle School and Lincoln Middle School. I have very fond memories of Brittany and watched her grow and blossom into a fine young lady. I was so proud of her accomplishments and will dearly miss her. May she live on in the lives of those she touched. My thoughts and prayers are with you Stephanie, Mark, and Octavious.

I wish there was something I could do or say that would take the pain of the unfair loss of Brittany away. I'm so sorry, Mark & Stephanie, that the two of you have to go through this. Brittany will always be in my heart.

I thank God for allowing me the opportunity to get to know Britt a little bit, she always brought a smile to my face. When she wasn't looking at me like I was crazy she has a luminous smile that lit up an entire room, a laughter so contagious you couldn't help but to laugh with her. My children and I loved that little girl so much, it was impossible not to once you knew her.
